Reschedule, Refund and Cancellation Policy for Marriage Preparation Programme
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cooling off period: You can request a cancellation within 14 days (Cooling off period) from the date of booking and you will receive a full refund.
If the booking date is less than 14 days before the date of the Marriage Preparation Programme then a cancellation must be requested by contacting the centre providing the programme.
General Refund policy: up to 14 days before the date of the programme a cancellation can be completed through your booking login details and a full refund will be credited to your card.
If a booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the date of the programme no refund is possible.
Consideration will be given to special circumstances where a couple cannot attend a programme. You are requested to make contact with the centre providing the programme.
What happens if I want to reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule your booking up to 14 days prior to the date of the marriage preparation programme through your booking login details.
