Marriage Preparation Facilitators
Accord Catholic Marriage Care Service has over 60 years’ experience in supporting marriage and family life. Accord has 49 centres in dioceses throughout the country. Accord’s marriage facilitators come from a wide variety of backgrounds and successful applicants will receive professional training and will be part of a team delivering marriage preparation programmes locally.

Accord Catholic Marriage Care Service is currently recruiting volunteers to train as marriage preparation programme facilitators.
- Are you enthusiastic about supporting couples as they prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage and future family life?
- Formal training is provided in presenting and facilitating our Marriage Preparation Programmes
- Our training programme, like our marriage preparation programmes are engaging and interactive and cover topics such as good communication skills, how to deal with conflict and the responsibility and significance of the Sacrament of Marriage.
Certificate in Marriage Education Preparation Facilitation
The Marriage Educaiton training programme is accredited by the Ponifical University, St. Patrick’s college, Maynooth. This is a special purpose award and is designed specifically for the training of individuals to deliver marriage preparation programmes on behalf of Accord.
